Breakthrough Sessions


Breakthrough sessions work well with issues such as: Anxiety, IBS, fear of flying, removal of panic attacks, speaking more confidently or quit smoking and many others.

Breakthrough sessions have proved to be the most efficient way to work with a client and get the results they want quickly over the years.

Paul McKenna taught me the system that he and Dr Richard Bandler used to implement quick but lasting change when working intensely with clients in an extended session.

This sessional method is now the most popular service that I offer , other than the bespoke recordings that I make for clients.

The session enables busy people to see real change in combatting their issues very quickly and they really like the fact that the support and material we generate together, means that the change lasts.

How does a Breakthrough session work?

First of all I need to establish after a short interview with you that I feel I can help you normally over the telephone or skype….

I then ask you to answer a simple questionnaire detailing the outcomes that you want from the session and other factors that will help me craft your bespoke session.

I will then invite you to my office as soon as I can make an appropriate time available.

On arriving we ensure a great rapport is established and I will then complete a live assessment of your past and present resources If I feel that for whatever reason we cannot work together I will let you know and will not charge you for my time…I have built up my business with integrity and the last thing that I want to do is set someone up to fail or charge pay for a service that will not work for them.

I will then readjust the bespoke plan should further information come to light as a result of meeting you.

We will then get on with ‘The work’ and we will have some fun doing it, as I like to conduct all of my sessions in the most light hearted way possible.

Whilst the session is intense we will have ‘comfort’ and ‘refreshment’ breaks as well as walking and talking through some of the principles or reviewing the work we had just completed. Sometimes it is then also appropriate to ‘test’ the work we have done in a local ‘live’ environment depending on the issue we are dealing with.

You and I will then review the progress and ‘test’ or calibrate the changes that have taken place. I will then schedule a ‘follow up skype session or telephone session to ensure that you are satisfied with your progress. Sometimes other areas are identified during the session at these times we may need to work further to enable the sessions to become more effective.
